The City of Richmond engaged O4A to design and manage the renovation of an event space in the Richmond Olympic Oval. This significant civic, recreation and cultural facility in Richmond, BC contains multi-use space, recreational facilities, a cultural museum and houses a vast majority of staff. O4A has been contracted to provide multiple services to the Richmond Oval across many years. 

The renovated space for the legacy lounge will provide full service conference and lounge space for the City of Richmond’s business development meetings, training and significant cultural events. The Legacy Lounge features a stand-up bar, commercially equipped food prep area, lounge area and flexible space that hosts a variety of activities from presentations and learning forums to meetings and presentations.
