CBRE retained O4A to provide complete architectural services to complete this 470 sqm tenant improvement in a new office building in Langley, BC.

The team developed an expedited delivery schedule as the design process from start to finish was condensed to 2 months. O4A met this highly aggressive schedule including stakeholder engagement and complete consultant coordination.

The project is currently starting construction and O4A responsibilities were increased to help coordinate the completion of the base building space on behalf of and with the direction from CBRE.  

The project is a great example of great design with expedited delivery that O4A can complete.
