CBRE retained O4A to provide architectural design and coordination services to a unique space for the Office of the Chief Information Officer - OCIO, in downtown Victoria. Our services on a tight budget were to provide design support and engineering services to a 1,000 sqm (10,000 sqft). The team developed a simplified design and design process from the start to help the client team LWS, and RPD implement furniture options across the entire space.
